Think about the last time you needed to find something online. I bet the first place you went to was Google®.
We Google health questions, recipes, shopping, finding best restaurants, remembering the name of the band your brain can’t think of…. and so much more.
If we have a question, Google will have the answer.
So it’s no surprise that….
it is estimated Google processes approximately 70,000 search queries every second, translating to 5.8 billion searches per day and approximately 2 trillion global searches per year. The average person conducts between three and four searches each day.source
Which means that your ideal customer or client is right there searching answers their questions that YOU can help them answer.
How Do I Get The Attention of My Customer?
Great question, but not the simplest answer. SO many factors go into getting the attention of your ideal customer such as:
- Engaging branding that stands out from competitors
- Clear and eye catching messaging. “A confused customer won’t buy” – remember that
- Quality products or services. Don’t sell crappy products or offer crappy services. Offer something so great that you get good reviews and happy customers.
- And (drumroll)….. come up with a traffic plan (that includes good keywords) that gets your business in front of your customers.
